While doing my web-search, I found below article very engaging and might interest you too..

Lambis Scorpios/Scorpion Conch.

This guy! I can’t take my eyes off him. And I’m not talking about some gorgeous celebrity, I’m talking about Lambis Scorpios, or as his friends call him, Scorpion Conch. His creamy white body dotted with irregular brown markings looks like two shells fused together. The flat part of the shell supports six knobby arms, four of which are bent like little legs and feet, and two outstretched arms that look like scorpion pincers. The short spire looks as though it was shaped then smashed into the flat portion before the round knobby whorls and flat side blend together. Towards the bottom the flat part turns into a fluted lip that curls to the underside and the whorls fade into a twisted tail. And oh, that underside! Creamy white with pink tinge run down to the salmon pink fluted inside lip. Brown and white lines that look like they were carved with the teeth of a comb adorn the outside lip. I look at him and I’m just giddy!
A member of the Strombidae family, he’s a true conch, a true conversation starter, and will truly add beauty to any room.
